Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Oguzhan Arslan ("we", "us") for your use of the VibeRoom app ("the app"). By downloading or using VibeRoom, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Your licence to use VibeRoom

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use VibeRoom on Apple devices that you own or control, in line with Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.

2. Makeovers, credits and subscriptions

Each makeover you generate uses one credit. New users receive a small number of free credits to start.
A Pro subscription is offered weekly or yearly and tops your credits back up to a weekly allowance, currently 10 makeovers per week.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
Prices are shown in the app before you purchase and may vary by region.
If a makeover fails to generate, its credit is returned to you automatically.

Payments, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly; refund requests are made through Apple.

AI concepts, not renovation plans. The images VibeRoom produces are AI-generated interpretations of your room, made to inspire you. They are not architectural drawings, construction plans, or photographs of real furniture in your home, and they may contain details that are impossible, inaccurate, or simply odd. Don't rely on them for structural, safety, budget or measurement decisions. Consult a qualified professional before making changes to your home.

3. Shop links and commission

Products shown with a makeover are close-match suggestions, not the exact items in the generated image. They are supplied by third-party sellers on TikTok Shop, and prices, availability, shipping and quality are the seller's responsibility, not ours. The links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you buy through them at no extra cost to you. We are not a party to any purchase you make.

4. Your content

The room photos you upload remain yours. By using the app you give us permission to process those photos, including sending them to our AI provider, purely to create and show you your makeovers. We claim no ownership of your photos and will not use them for advertising or sell them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You must have the right to upload the photo you use, and you must not upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, or which infringes someone else's rights or privacy.

5. Acceptable use

Use VibeRoom only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law. Don't attempt to disrupt, exploit, or misuse the app, and don't try to obtain credits by circumventing the app's limits.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app over time, including vibes, product suggestions, and credit allowances. We try to keep VibeRoom working well but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

7. Disclaimers

VibeRoom is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, that generated images will meet your expectations, or that product suggestions will be accurate, available, or suitable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oguzhan Arslan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VibeRoom, including any purchase you make from a third-party seller. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Apple's role

Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for VibeRoom or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. These terms are between you and Oguzhan Arslan. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this page with its date. Continuing to use VibeRoom after a change means you accept the updated terms.
